Welcome to Awwab (أوّاب) ("we", "our", or "the App"). We are deeply committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy informs you about how your data is handled when you use our application.

                    Summary: Awwab is designed with a privacy-first approach. We do
                    NOT require user account creation, we do NOT sell your data, and your location is processed strictly
                    on your local device to calculate prayer times and Qibla direction.
                

2. Information We Use and Why

To provide core Islamic tools, the app processes the following data:

Location (GPS / Network)	Calculates accurate local prayer times (Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, Isha) and Kaaba Qibla compass bearing.	Processed on-device only. Never saved on external servers, never shared with third parties.
Compass & Sensors	Device rotation, accelerometer, and magnetometer sensors are read in real-time to point the Qibla compass needle towards Mecca.	Ephemeral only. Sensor data is discarded immediately after displaying the compass heading.
Local User Progress	Daily prayer checklists, Tasbih counts, Quran reading bookmark/scale, and reminder settings.	Stored 100% locally on your phone using encrypted device storage. Never uploaded to remote servers.

3. Third-Party Services (Google AdMob)

The app displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob to support ongoing development and maintenance. Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect:

Device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID / GAID).
IP address (for general coarse geographic location and fraud prevention).
Technical performance metrics and crash logs.

4. Permissions Requested by the App

ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION & ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION: Used strictly for computing prayer times and Qibla direction based on your coordinates.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used on Android 13+ to send prayer time alerts, Adhan notifications, and Salawat reminders.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE & MEDIA_PLAYBACK: Allows the app to play the Adhan recitation reliably when prayer time arrives, even if the screen is off.
SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM: Guarantees accurate timing for the Adhan alarms.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Families Compliance)

Awwab is a family-safe Islamic app suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. All core features work locally without requiring any user registration.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Since we do not store your personal information on any cloud servers, you have full control over your data. You can clear your data at any time by clearing the application cache/data in Android Settings, or by simply uninstalling the application from your device.

مرحباً بك في تطبيق أوّاب (Awwab) ("نحن"، "التطبيق"). نولي خصوصية مستخدمينا أهمية قصوى ونلتزم بحماية بياناتك الشخصية. توضح هذه السياسة كيفية التعامل مع معلوماتك عند استخدام التطبيق.

                    ملخص سريع: تطبيق أوّاب مبني على مبدأ حماية الخصوصية أولاً. لا نطلب
                    إنشاء أي حساب، ولا نبيع أو نشارك بياناتك مع أي جهة، وتحديد موقعك الجغرافي يتم بالكامل داخل جهازك
                    لحساب مواقيت الصلاة والقبلة دون رفعه لأي خادم.
                

٢. البيانات المستخدمة وأسباب استخدامها

نوع البيانات	الغرض من الاستخدام	التخزين والمشاركة
الموقع الجغرافي (GPS)	حساب مواقيت الصلاة الدقيقة (الفجر، الظهر، العصر، المغرب، العشاء) وحساب اتجاه القبلة بدقة نحو الكعبة المشرفة.	يُعالج محلياً على جهازك فقط. لا يتم حفظه أو إرساله لأي خوادم خارجية إطلاقاً.
حساسات الهاتف (البوصلة)	استشعار اتجاه الهاتف وتوجيه سهم القبلة نحو مكة المكرمة.	بيانات لحظية مؤقتة. تُحذف فور إغلاق شاشة القبلة.
سجلات العبادات والإعدادات	حفظ جدول الصلوات اليومي، عداد التسبيح، علامة قراءة القرآن، والتفضيلات الشخصية.	تُحفظ ١٠٠٪ في ذاكرة هاتفك فقط. لا توجد خوادم خارجية لتخزين بياناتك.

٣. الخدمات الإعلانية (Google AdMob)

يعرض التطبيق إعلانات البانر عبر خدمة Google AdMob لدعم استمرار وتطوير التطبيق. قد تقوم حزمة Google Mobile Ads بجمع:

معرّفات الأجهزة المجهولة (مثل معرّف إعلانات أندرويد GAID).
عنوان IP تقريبي لمنع الاحتيال ولتحديد لغة وموقع الإعلان المناسب.
بيانات تشخيص الأداء وسجلات الأعطال.

٤. الصلاحيات المطلوبة في التطبيق

الموقع (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION): لحساب مواقيت الصلاة والقبلة حسب إحداثيات مدينتك فقط.
التنبيهات (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): لإرسال إشعارات مواقيت الصلاة والأذان وتذكير الصلاة على النبي ﷺ.
الخدمة في الخلفية (FOREGROUND_SERVICE): لتشغيل صوت الأذان كاملاً بدقة حتى عند قفل الشاشة.
المنبه الدقيق (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM): لضمان انطلاق تنبيه الأذان في الوقت المحدد بالثانية.

٥. خصوصية الأطفال

تطبيق أوّاب تطبيق إسلامي مناسب لجميع أفراد الأسرة. نحن لا نجمع عن علم أي معلومات شخصية تحدد هوية الأطفال دون سن ١٣ عاماً. كافة وظائف التطبيق تعمل محلياً دون الحاجة لأي تسجيل.

٦. حذف البيانات والتحكم بها

بما أن بياناتك محفوظة محلياً على جهازك فقط ولا ترسل لأي خوادم، يمكنك مسح كافة بياناتك في أي وقت من خلال مسح بيانات التطبيق من إعدادات الهاتف أو بإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق.
